Autani and OSRAM Are Now "Connected"

Autani, LLC, a proven leader in building controls and IoT, has announced that its award-winning EnergyCenter building management platform now integrates with OSRAM's Connected Lighting Module (CLM), allowing customers to easily convert their existing luminaires to be wireless ready while leveraging a robust and interoperable network solution to unlock new and exciting consumer-focused lighting applications.

The communication between EnergyCenter and OSRAM's CLM is based on open standards ZigBee HA. Real-time data is extracted from the fixture(s), and EnergyCenter takes it from there. Its easy-to-use web-based interface provides local or remote access for programming, monitoring, and controlling energy consumption within a single building, across an entire portfolio, and now, specific to an individual light source. In addition, energy-saving features, such as digital dimming, are easily controlled by zone and/or individual fixture using EnergyCenter. The flow of information back and forth allows the client to be the driver in managing his or her consumption in these lighting sources—as well as other open networked applications such as HVAC.

"With OSRAM, we provide a dynamic and customizable lighting solution, giving our customers even more flexibility to optimize their building management systems," said Jim Seabury, CEO of Autani's parent company Enterprise Solutions.
